Snowbee Telescopic Wading Staff with Depth Markers, a new version of Snowbee original Telescopic Wading Staff model, but with depth markers up to 140cm. Popular with fire brigades and water authority bodies for H&S reasons, but just as useful to the fly fishing angler, especially when you need to know if the next step could be out of your depth. The Depth Marker will also be invaluable when you want to measure catch and release Salmon.
The Snowbee Telescopic Wading Staff has a weighted foot at the bottom with a rubber grip, along with for your comfort, a rubberised handle. It also comes with an adjustable lanyard and clip of which if you choose, can be attached to the Snowbee Heavy-Duty Wading Staff Zinger (available separately). Weight 20oz.

Make sure it is twisted very tightly to lock fully open and twist towards the lock position if stuck between stones, mine slipped shut the first time I used it but not been a problem since so properly my fault. It is a solid well built item other than that.
