What are the advantages of the troutcatcher loyalty program?

Your purchases earn you troutcatcher discounts. 1 advantage point gives you a 1p discount.

EXAMPLE

100 accumulated points can be exchanged for a £1.00 discount.

How does it work?

Earn points

With each order, the number of advantage points you'll receive is displayed at checkout. These points will be awarded to your account once payment is confirmed.
Acquired points are calculated from the total order amount VAT included, excluding shipping costs.
Once you have earned enough points for a discount (Min 100), you'll be informed by email
To view your current accumulated point value, sign-in then click the "My Account" page.

You've earned a troutcatcher discount, how do you use it?

When at checkout (stage 1), before confirming your order, tick the "Use your advantage points" box your discount will automatically be deducted from the total amount of the order (excluding shipping). You will find this in the top left corner of your screen.

The Catch 🎣 - Cancelled Orders: If you change your mind and cancel, those points are as good as a fish that got away – no points for you!

Rewarded Rewards: If you use redeemed rewards for an order, it’s a no-go for new points. Rewards-on-rewards isn’t the name of this game!
Shipping Costs: Points can’t swim in shipping fees – only in the goodies you reel in.

Time’s Ticking! ⏳ - Your points have a shelf life of one year, starting from the moment you place your order. Use them before they swim away into the deep blue expiry sea!

Where Can You Earn? 🛒 - Loyalty points are exclusive to orders placed at troutcatchers.co.uk. Sorry, EBay and Amazon anglers, this pond’s off-limits for point fishing!

Email Matters 📧 - Your account swims with your email address. Got multiple emails? Sorry, mate, we can’t merge points from different nets. Pick one email for the big catch!

Returns & Refunds - If you return an item, those points you earned will do a vanishing act. If you’ve already spent them, don’t worry – we’ll just adjust your refund accordingly.
