Upgraded, the popular Fly-Vest / Backpack comes with the addition of a rear rod-tube pouch allowing the rambling fly-fisher to carry a spare rod, or to keep their rod safely packed if they have a long walk to their fishing.
Snowbee Fly Vest / Backpack is designed with 840D rip-stop polyester material, woven fabric that uses a special reinforcing technique that makes them resistant to tearing and ripping giving you the benefit of strength and being light weight, of which has a PU rear coating, making it 100% waterproof.
The front fly vest section incorporates all the features you would expect on a modern Snowbee Fly Vest, including two large box design pockets for fly boxes, with smaller box design pockets in front of them. Four zipped internal pockets and two side mesh pockets for tippet spools etc.
You will also find on the Snowbee Fly Vest / Backpack two concealed coil re-tractors on the front of the vest with tube pockets below to drop forceps and snips into, stopping them swinging about. Numerous elasticated loops plus a rod loop and Velcro tab. Inside there are a further four mesh pockets for leaders and accessories.
The rear backpack offers ample storage to the roving, mobile angler who wants to carry everything needed for a day’s fishing. The large main compartment can be more than doubled in size, by means of a zipped, bellows expander panel and inside has a secure clip for car keys etc plus a rear pocket if you want to add a hydration pack. The smaller outer pocket has further inner and outer mesh pouch pockets.
Across the bottom is a further mesh/nylon pocket for a water bottle and there are ample D-Rings for landing nets etc. The padded air-mesh
back and shoulder straps keep you cool and support heavy loads effortlessly. Adjustable shoulder and side straps means one-size fits all.
