A reasonable hook for the fly I want to tie. Mainly it's got the length of shank I want and size 12. I would have preferred a Hanak barbless but not available with this length shank in size 12, would need to go to size 10 but that's not permitted on the river I fish. Have used Osprey before and they are reasonable hooks but have to crimp the barb.
