Cortland 444 SYLK Floating Fly Line - DT a modern fly line, the "Sylk" replicates the fine diameter, double taper, supple feel and subtle colour of natural silk, but in a modern, easy to care for fly line. However the "Sylk" isn't just for bamboo! If you are one of the many fly anglers who have rediscovered the delights of fibreglass fly rods, this fly line is for you! It even works extremely well on graphite for the finest presentations under the most demanding low water conditions. The suppleness of the Cortland 444 SYLK Floating Fly Line allows you to keep tight loops and pinpoint casting accuracy.

The Cortland Sylk DT line is a fine line for anyone who requires a fly line for delicate presentation with the dry fly and for detailed accuracy. I have been using these lines for over a decade for trout in the great lakes of the west of Ireland and for smaller trout in my local lakes.I can not find a better line that will last the distance. The 444 range fly line has always been my go to line, that you can relay on. Also at home and perfect with a bamboo rod or modern carbon fibre fly rod.
